    We'll review your application within 48 hours and determine if we're a mutual fit based on your clinic type, team readiness, and goals.

    Discovery Call

    If we're aligned, we'll schedule a brief call to discuss your current setup, team structure, and answer any questions you have about the Launch Event process.

    Event Scheduling

    Once confirmed, we'll coordinate dates (typically 4-6 weeks out), begin pre-event preparation, and activate Bot Chloe to fill your calendar with clients.

    Total timeline from application to Launch Event: 4-8 weeks

    We work with a limited number of clinics each month to ensure hands-on delivery and quality execution. Launch Events are scheduled 4-8 weeks in advance based on availability.
