Why Clinic Launch Lab™ Exists
We watched clinics invest in Contour Light® body contouring equipment, get excited about the potential, and then struggle to turn that investment into consistent results. The problem wasn't the technology — Contour Light® is FDA-cleared and clinically proven. The problem was that no one built the program around it.
Staff wasn't confident. Consults were inconsistent. There was no pricing structure, no dietary protocol, no follow-up system. Follow-up broke down. Equipment sat underutilized. And the owners who made the investment wondered what went wrong.

Jerry Relth is an operator-first clinician with over a decade of experience building, launching, and scaling clinic-based programs.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Jerry has worked directly inside clinics—training teams, refining consult flow, and solving the real-world execution problems that occur after equipment is purchased. His work has helped hundreds of clinics move from underutilized services to confident, repeatable programs that staff can run independently.
Jerry founded Clinic Launch Lab™ to close the gap between buying technology and actually making it work inside a clinic—through hands-on installation, real-time coaching, and systems that continue to perform long after launch week.

Serenity Harris leads on-site implementation and operational execution for Clinic Launch Lab™ Launch Events.
As the owner of Genesis Red Light, Serenity lives and breathes this work every day. She brings daily, real-world experience into clinics—coaching staff live, managing event flow, and translating strategy into action where it actually matters.
With years of hands-on experience inside clinics, Serenity is known for her ability to keep complex launches organized, efficient, and calm in fast-paced clinical environments. She ensures teams gain real confidence through repetition, feedback, and execution—not theory.
Serenity plays a critical role in ensuring every Launch Event delivers not just activity, but lasting systems—so clinics leave trained, aligned, and prepared to execute at a high level long-term.
Together, Jerry and Serenity have spent over 17 years building and operating Contour Light® body contouring programs — and have trained hundreds of clinic teams through hands-on implementation.
